A One-Month Lease is required by the City of Imperial Beach.

The nightly rate varies from $150 to $250 per night, depending on actual length of stay and other factors (see below).

We are located on the ocean in Imperial Beach (southwest of San Diego). Walking distance to Imperial Beach restaurants and shopping, with the beach right outside your door. Just a 10 minute drive to Coronado Island activities like golf and sailing, 20 minutes to San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park museums, 20 minutes to Sea World, 15 minutes to historic Gas Lamp entertainment, 15 minutes to Mexico, 20 minutes to San Diego Airport. Enjoy panoramic views from Point Loma to the Coronado Islands.

Close to activities such as hiking on the beach or wildlife preserve, biking, tennis ... or just watch dolphins and surfers from your chair.

Living, dining, kitchen, and patio face the Pacific Ocean. Bask on the patio and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

  • Bedroom 1: California King bed, TV/VCR, ocean view, large walk-in closet, luxury bath with jacuzzi and separate shower.   Linens and towels supplied.
  • Bedroom 2: Queen and twin beds, TV/VCR, wildlife preserve view, adjacent bathroom with large shower.
  • Bedroom 3: Queen sized futon bed, desk and drawers, closet, ocean view. Nearby powder room.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped with all utensils, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, coffee maker, breakfast bar with stools, ocean view.
  • Dining Room: Table seats eight, ocean view.
  • Living Room: Panoramic ocean, island, and pier views, cable TV, DVD/CD/stereo, fireplace, comfortable seating.
  • Patio: With access to beach.
  • Condo Building: Security access, two enclosed parking spaces, elevator.

Details of Rates and Payment. All utilities (plus Cable TV, Internet, trash collection, normal cleanup, and restocking) are included.

The basic rate is $5880 per 28 days or one calendar month.

For stays less than 28 days, there is a rebate of $180 per night, for up to 16 nights.

A stay may be extended into an "unbookable" period (less than 27 days) for only $100 per night.

An advance deposit of $1000 is required at the time the lease is signed (more than 30 days in advance of the stay). One month prior to the stay, an additional $2000 is required. The remainder of the first month's rent, plus a security deposit ($3880) is required upon arrival. After vacating, if there was no damage, or extra cleaning required, the $1000 security deposit will be returned.
